For many years, the enterprise fulfilled defense orders (mainly preparation of production, including the production of trial batches, assembly of lines for serial production and their launch). Serial production has been mastered using modern energy-efficient technologies for spare parts of subway cars: door suspensions, brake pads, leads and covers of the current supply, worm pairs, labyrinth rings. A new technology for manufacturing the axle of the car shock absorber (spinton) by the method of hydrostatic extrusion – hydroextrusion, without heat treatment, is proposed.
