The UTC team, in partnership with French and Dutch companies, is implementing bioethanol plants to enhance enterprise competitiveness through the application of global technologies, modern equipment, and energy-efficient solutions: 4000 mm diameter, 50 m high rectification and distillation columns (tray, valve, and packed), various 1-100 kW mixers, shell-and-tube heat exchangers up to 5000 m², spiral heat exchangers up to 300 m², water scrubbers and alcohol recoverers, crushers up to 300 kW, three-pass drum dryers with a diameter of 6500 mm and a length of 20 m, with an evaporated moisture of 100 t/h, dewatering and thickening equipment for digestate and stillage up to 50 m³/h, and disintegrators up to 100 m³/h.
