Production of domestic artillery ammunition
Tests of the technology of manufacturing sleeves (pallets of self-igniting sleeves) with a diameter of 125 mm (seating diameter of the sleeve Ф161.7 mm) were conducted. The manufacturing technology is based on cold stamping – drawing with thinning of the wall from a round steel blank. It involves the production of a pallet by the method of cold drawing from thinning. The project was developed on the basis of mathematical modeling, taking into account the dynamics of the deformation process, changes in strength and plasticity characteristics, minimum energy, boundary conditions…
